shipping costs
shipping costs are calculated according to country of destination, number of packaging units, weight of the packaging units and type of dispatch. in your display shopping card you will have the opportunity to check the shipping costs for your order before you place it. after your order has been placed we will check your shipping costs once again and you will get an individual (no auto reply) order confirmation with information on your shipping costs. with high volume orders delivery via a shipping company might be cheaper. costs for delivery via a shipping company usually will be calculated by us after your order has been placed and will be charged for separately. please note that especially with errors in the calculation of shipping costs no liability can be resumed. we reserve the right to correct any miscalculations of shipping prices in the order confirmation, if necessary.
how to order
chose a product form the according category. all products are organised according to our approved standard configuration.
you can change various factors, e.g. special data control or printing material, once you get to the individual product description.
place the item in your my display card. you can check and place your order there.
at the bottom of the individual product description you can find additional accessories that fit your product choice that can be put in your display card straight away.
systems with digital print included
all systems with digital printing include prints on ideal standard material. with some products in our range you can modify this choice, with others we already offer
the best of all choices. all substrates, especially the standard products, are approved high performance media.
shipping and production costs
as soon as you placed an item in your display card the production time and the estimated shipping costs will be displayed. you can check your details and change them, if necessary.
additional production costs allow you to influence the production time. our regular offer on standard production time is free of charge.
please consider that ordering products that have different production times and thus will result in partial delivery that may cause different or higher shipping costs. different or higher shipping costs will be charged separately.
